For the last 45 years David J. Harris has painted
landscapes, seascapes, cowboys, Indians, mountain
men, animals, and portraits. David's oil paintings were
displayed in several one-man shows and sold at The Looking West Gallery in
Aspen, Colorado, The Springville Art Museum in
Springville, Utah and at The Freedom Festival in Provo,
Utah. His paintings have sold at Swiss Days in Midway, Utah and Galleries in Redstone, Colorado, Cody, Wyoming, and Twiggs & Moore Gallery, Salt Lake.
David J. Harris has studied under Stuart P. Heimdahl, Jim Wilcox, Gary Kapp, Frank Covino, Valoy Eaton, Floyd Breinholdt, and International Correspondence School. Mr. Harris taught oil painting to elementary children, and also to adults.
